Imagine that!

It's a constant struggle for me to ensure I'm not procrastinating or "learning" things instead of avoiding the hard work.

If I could tell my younger business self to just get on with it, I could have shared so much more of my knowledge with you.

But hey, that's life and learning.

It's taken me a few years and great business coach to see the signs and stop myself from going down those rabbit holes.

I can recognise that voice that keeps me from reaching my goals and one thing that always helps me is:

"Know the plan"

If I don't know the plan, then I need to make the plan and take the small steps to get it done.

Who’s that girl?! 😍

Oh, it’s just my amazing client, Kathi!

We’ve been working together to establish her authority as an executive change coach on LinkedIn and it only took her a few weeks to see the results.

Here’s how we did it. 👇
1. We kicked off our 90min call establishing her overall marketing goals for the year and worked on how her LinkedIn posting strategy would complement that.
2. Then we moved on to establish her pillar content and brainstormed ideas for an entire month's worth of captions.
3. I grabbed my creative hat, got to work and created engaging, fun captions for her LinkedIn posts.

After posting these for a few weeks and using a few of my “secret” tips and tactics she has seen an increase in engagement, more comments left on her post and more DM’s coming her way!

And this, Lovely, is why I love what I do so much. Getting to see the transformation my clients make on a daily basis brings me so much joy!

In actual fact, that's the stuff that people want to see. I'm not saying show me the inside of your dirty laundry cupboard or how your kid got sick all over you. Talk about your likes, your hobbies, your day and how all the things that make you who you are!

Everyone has different experiences and stories to share, and that's what makes us unique and special. We can all learn and grow from hearing each other's stories. We create connections with people and here comes my favourite saying:

People buy from people.

Don't let anyone (aka the "Guru's) discourage you from sharing your experiences and being yourself!

Posting on social media can be intimidating, especially when you're worried about how your content will be received.

Ultimately, the key to success on social media is to be true to yourself and not let these obstacles get in your way.

Embrace your unique perspective and don't be afraid to take risks.
